You need a reality check! There are no natural men walking around with a TT at 1300, in the absence of abnormally high SHBG, with estrogen <29! The estrogen ranges, which vary greatly between lab companies, are derived from men with TT below 500 and not men on TRT with optimized T.- Systemlord

This may help explain some things, alcohol can increase estrogen. Estrogen helps with sleep. Some men have bottomed out estrogen on TRT and need hCG together with TRT.- Systemlord

You did it wrong, no wonder your results are low. Back to square one, retest between 4-6 hours after application. Your TT and FT levels will rise within 2 hours after application and decline quickly. I was on oral T and half-life is identical to topical T. I would peak at 1052 ng/dL 2 hours...- Systemlord

TRT isn't working if you tested between 4-6 hours after dosing. TRT will be working when your TT and FT are near the top end or above the ranges. TRT will suppress the SHBG further. Androgens suppress SHBG. Low thyroid hormone (fT3, fT4 & high TSH) would cause low SHBG. Type 2 diabetes would also cause low SHBG. Not so fast, what method was used to measure the FT?- Systemlord

On oral T, Kyzatrex and Jatenzo it's less about trying to aim for a particular hormone levels and maintaining it and more about getting the dosage right since hormones fluctuate hour to hour. My HPTA recovery log: I have reversed my type 2 diabetes (SHBG 31/glucose 80) and may have never had hypogonadism!!

When in relation to your injections were labs drawn? I think it's obvious you're overmedicated. As far as dosage reductions, .1cc reduction in dosing isn't going to move the needle very far. I would start with .6cc reduction.- Systemlord
