    What other symptoms? The majority of members included in a pole/thread I created felt better with higher than normal testosterone, 68% to be exact. If your SHBG is low, there’s nothing you can do about it on TRT. SHBG, regardless of the level shouldn’t be your main focus for your symptoms.

    Leg strength is linked to longevity. So if higher testosterone dose gives you more strength in your legs…. I have 50% more leg strength with above normal testosterone. You talk about using AI’s, I need no such intervention. I guess it comes down to genetic lottery.

    That’s what it is, a theory. No data saying above normal testosterone is unhealthy. Some people are just more conservative but that doesn’t mean they’re the authority on the matter.
