You could always give TRT a try and see how feel on it for a couple months and see if you feel any better. If you try it and don’t really feel any benefits chances are very high that you’re numbers will just return to baseline or what they were before you started. Actually I’m 100 % sure they...
I agree with the calculated method as well. Everytime I get direct free t measured it is always a lot higher on the range than if I get free t measured by the calculated test. My free t on the calculated test is always low normal or mid low normal.
Yes you need at least 2% free to feel benefits. If you are lower than 2% low t symptoms can present themselves I heard. That was on clomid though. I’m usually 600 -700 total t without clomid. I know those free t measurements on those tests are not accurate though. When I put those levels into...
Has anyone on here had success using proviron or any type of DHT analogue to lower SHBG without completely commiting to full blown TRT? I’ve heard success stories of some guys lowering SHBG using proviron without it shutting down their HPTA.
Finally got the testosterone equilibrium test done before making the final decision to start TRT or not. Shows my total test is high and free t is normal. SHBG is high and my % free test is 1.87. Would you start TRT with these numbers ? Just to let you know I am currently supplementing with...
I would definitely go on. 495 total t is way too low especially for you’re age. You also said that when you stopped you’re low t symptoms came back? If that’s the case I would definitely go back on especially if you don’t really care about fertility right now.
Was just wandering if anyone on here just uses clomid and hcg to boost testosterone unstead of Trt. Is clomid plus hcg successful for you? also is clomid plus hcg a smart protocol because I thought hcg was suppressive?
When does one start noticing improved erectile function when starting TRT? Would they notice improvement the first week or does it take a few weeks or a month?
That’s what my doctor told me to take a week but I’m going to a low t clinic. I do have high SHBG though so a high dose like that might knock my shbg down some.
Would one have to worry about estrogen getting too high for a once a week 150 mg injection? I don’t think that would be a high enough dose to cause estrogen problems
That’s good to hear. Would you say 150 mg once a week is bad protocol? If I can keep my injections to once a week that would be great. I also heard one large dose a week is good for high shbg guys.
How do you feel on 150 a week ? I think once a week will work well for me since testosterone enathate has a longer half life than cyponiate but will see.
The men’s clinic I’m going to is stubborn and they said they are just going to do 150 mg for me once a week. I guess I can try that and see how it works. If didn’t work out I’m just going switch back to Defy. Anybody know where 150mg would put me at my trough level? Also what is the usual high...
And? I changed my mind and I am going through for sure this time. I was brainwashed by my parents to not take it when they freaked when they seen the needles and everything in the mail. Luckily I was able to convince them that it is not bad and they understand now. Just looking for some advice...
Would a once weekly injection of 150mg testosterone enathate be enough for a High SHBG(50-70's) guy like me since it has a long half life of 8-9 days? or would twice a week at 75mg be better?
Is increased blood thickness always a common problem when going on TRT? It seems like its very common and is something I would not want to deal with since I'm starting TRT soon.
I will be starting TRT with a men's clinic here soon in the next week or so. I don't know my protocol yet but I heard it is smart to just start with testosterone only. I want start with testosterone and hcg right away to preserve fertility since I'm 27 years old though. Looking for opinions on...
I tried stinging nettle, boron,DHEA, vitamin D, and Tribulus and they didn’t work. I think boron worked a little but it was short lived and didn’t resolve any symptoms.
