    Daily Injections - Preloading?

Oh, so if I understand correctly, you reuse each syringe 3 times - by filling it once and pinning from it 3 times? And each time you just change the needle?

Review of the Exel Low Dead-space Syringe/Needle

Oh, I use a syringe and preload 0.2ml (of 300mg/ml) = 60mg for the week. I then inject a tiny bit daily and switch out the needles - I didn't think this was so bad because I'm switching out the needles? Otherwise the daily quantity (0.0286ml) is impossible to measure out as its so tiny!

I like that you match your SHBG with your E, very smart!

PubMed Central Image Viewer. I prefer to use square root because its simpler and there's no unknown constants (whereas in that formula a and b are unknown, and it takes several blood tests and mathematical extrapolation to calculate a and b). Also, do you even agree with their rectangular...

Is there any way to raise Estradiol quickly?

You do, but in the UK you can get a prescription online by filling out a form. I said I wanted it for my "50 year old wife". Much quicker than spending months trying to explain and convince NHS Doctor about the real reason. I use 2mg tablets, but 1mg works too - titrate accordingly. For the 1mg...

Review of the Exel Low Dead-space Syringe/Needle

But fixed needles means you can't draw without blunting the tip (and it will take ages to draw) and if you're doing daily pinning and want to reuse syringe to save time and convenience you can't

Interesting that you've found this relationship, I've found from T=200-10,000ng/dl that E2 = (T)^1/2 for males under 30 and E2 = (1+k/50)T^1/2 for men over 30 where k = age minus 30. There is also some variance between individuals.

Is there any way to raise Estradiol quickly?

Yes. In my experience after tanking E2, it takes a long time of having normal E2 to feel good again. You can be waiting for 10 days with perfect E2 and still feel shit. That's why I recommend what works for me - E2 tablets, used in HRT by older women and mtf trans. Obviously don't overdo it, the...

    Question for those injecting daily...

Where does it say that? I read everywhere that it peaks 24-48h. If injecting daily that translates to about 12h. How on earth would it be 1-2h?! Regarding feeling, if 700 and 1300 feel the same, 700 is healthier (although free T is more relevant) so might be a better protocol to keep between...

    Daily Injections - Preloading?

How do you guys not lose most of your test in each needle every day? I use 300mg/ml enanthate and shoot 9mg/day. However, 0.2ml gets stuck in the needle cavity so thats 60mg wasted every day for every 9mg that I shoot. Basically I have to waste 60mg/69mg = nearly 90% of my Testosterone with...

    Changed my mind!

Cataceous It's a weak correlation I've noticed, but I've no idea as to the mechanism. It could be that my sample size is too small, or that high SHBG and slow clearance are caused by similar things (e.g. old age). Indy57 Those are some fantastic numbers, it's a shame that you're not able to...

    Changed my mind!

Indy what ester are you using and what's your SHBG? Any daily fluctuation in symptoms (energy, libido, mood)? I've found it useful to get peak and trough levels measured because a trough of 750 could mean a peak of 950 for one person and a peak of 1600 for another. Equally a peak of 750 can...

    Issues ED and TRT

Systemlord, what was the protocol that worked beautifully for you? I know frequency was daily but what about ester and dosage? (e.g. 10mg propionate/day, 12mg enanthate/day, 12.5mg cypionate/day) Do you know what your libido, energy, mood, confidence, total test, free test and shbg were? And...

OPEN STUDY: What levels of free T, Testosterone, E2, prolactin, cortisol do you feel best at?

All of us are following our protocols quite blindly, trying to optimise but unsure what values to optimise to. The lab ranges vary between countries and labs. The NHS for example sets it upper T limit at 750 - whereas many people in the US naturally have higher levels than this and are perfectly...
