I use a product with 15% minoxidil, azelaic acid and 1% finasteride. I have been using it for years with excellent results. The azelaic acid is a bit sticky, so there is a trick to using it. Regardless of the product you buy, be sure to use a derma roller.

Sorry to rain on your Ozempic parade Vince, but semaglutide shuts me down completely. It definitely decreases appetite, but constipation is horrendous for me. My wife handles it just fine.
