I have use losartan and telmisartan and they did nothing to my hematocrit. Same for metformin. Only thing that lowered my hematocrit was testosterone dose reduction

Depends on the concentration of your testosterone and HCG. Usually testosterone cypionate comes in 200mg/ml so 70mg in this case would be 0.35ml. HCG usually is reconstituted to 1000IU/ml so 400IU in this case would be 0.4ml

Yes it is still good. Don’t worry. HCG is not fragile it can last a while not refrigerated. It might lose some potency. But if room temperature wasn’t extremely high not even that

It was pretty fast after start taking it. For me estradiol is what really affects libido. It needs to be at an exact spot. Not too low not too high.

Try pure encapsulations brand. When it comes to OTC hormones they are the best. I had some bad side effects using other brands of DHEA and pregnenolone. Zero side effects with pure encapsulations.

Body needs to replace the aromatize enzymes. Not sure how long this takes. So that should be considered in addition to the half life of the drug

Aromasin is a suicidal inhibitor so in theory it should take longer to recover

HCG dosage seems a bit too much (assuming you will be on TRT but even HCG mono seems excessive). 500IU 3x a week with 150IU FSH should be enough. Your HPTA has been shutdown for years looks like it. It might take a while to get your fertility back if successful. Best of luck
