Hi all. It was recommended by my Dr that I start 25mg of pregnenolone. Just curious what's a typical starting dose for most, and what have people noticed from it.

I'd be interested in hearing from other thyroid experts. It's been recommended that I take NDT, but I've held off to isolate the effects of my newly started TRT program. I have a family history of diabetes so clearly don't want to exasperate blood sugar issues.

Does anyone else have any comments? This is a pretty shocking revelation considering that the almost universal advice on this forum and from my hormone specialist is to have FT3 and FT4 at the high end of the range.

Great info Gman. I'm on pregnyl and will most definitely stay the course. Rather than switch. Curious is there any concern about compounded testosterone vs brand name? Or not really given testosterone isn't as fragile as Hcg?

Agreed, I made the switch to insulin syringes and have seen little deadspace loss as compared to my luer lok syringes. That being said I have noticed a medium size air bubble always shows up just under the needle as I'm drawing my test. No amount of flicking gets rid of it. Do others experience...

That's interesting DragonBits and is currently the dilemma I'm facing. My free T3 is mid range and it was suggested to me that I take NDT.

Those are free T3 and free T4. I am on Trt just started . I've done a lot of labs so that could be why good point.

Thanks Vince so clearly my doctors 100mg every two weeks is too low. My plan is to do 25mg 2x/week as that's the only amount I've been provided and layer on 1 or 2 pumps of androgel until I get to defy. It's not ideal but I really need to solve my fatigue / concentration issues for this new job.

I should also mention I'm currently on 500 IU of HCG 2x/week as well. Any thoughts??
