Are you taking thyroid medicine? What are you doing to Lower your reverse T3? I did speak to defy about my sleep issues and they stated it doesn’t have anything to do with the nature thryoid medication. And possible sleep apnea as well.

Libido used to be good 5-6 years ago. Slowly came down and once I started TRT about 7 months ago. Libido went up slightly but still a major issue.

I am currently on 50mg e3.5d test. I wouldn’t say horrible side effects but I take it around 7pm and shortly after I feel fatigue. I don’t know if that’s because I just ate dinner and it’s end of day so get extra tired.
