Not everyone here is a Defy patient as mentioned earlier. I'm not either. I do respect their work and they are the best hormone docs that I know of. I really appreciate them talkie the time to educate others on this board and the podcasts!

Thanks, icvl....I didn't think it would take that long. I thought that switching to 32mg EOD would put me no higher than 800 for my test value and maybe lower. I expected to have to raise my dose from 32mg not lower it. I'm going to be testing again, so, hopefully, it will continue to go down...

The only thing that I would say is that when you feel good and your sexual function is great and you get your blood drawn that day with the idea that the results will tell you what your personal optimal levels should be, then my goal is to strive to find a protocol to consistently match...
