    Injection Frequency

How often do you guys test your T / FT / E levels? Or are you going by feeling when making changes? You use 20mg EOD > that is weekly "just" 70mg your body seem to be very efficient in absorbing/using the injected T

    Injection Frequency

My understanding is that if you inject T ED you can get away with using smaller amounts weekly compared to E3.5D > but as a lot of the time people do it because if low SHBG The "need" for higher E3,5D with low SHBG is due to the fact that more T is wasted by the body and converted to E >> the...

    Injection Frequency

My HCT creeped up to 50 .... lets see it might be just a initial reaction to the T or stay high. But in 2 month I'll be flying to Japan (thankfully not in Economy) and will donate blood before the 15h non-stop flight to avoid problems.

    Injection Frequency

Coastwatcher > the SHBG forced your hand and glad that it worked out in the end Saul > same as you I would not do good on a E3D schedule. I like to set fixed days ... I would definitifely think about E3.5d or M/W/F depending on SHBG, lifestyle, ....

    Injection Frequency

Vince, will need to think about that part too. When is it convenient or at least possible to get to the lab. It is always such an ordeal but what needs to get done will get done. BTW why did you change. Any specific issue or were you just on the hunt of optimizing your results?

    Injection Frequency

Hi, It seems to be that E3.5D - E3D - M/W/F - EOD - ED are common here on the board. I started with M/W/F and after the 3 month follow up they want to change me to E3.5D as my SHBG improved. From a practical standpoint that is great as I have to pin less, but ..... How did you arrive at your...

    Initial blood work.

Don't believe anything I write as I have no real clue but my numbers T 308 / FT 9.9 / LH 7 Other will correct me if I'm wrong but as you LH is in the normal range but you are not producing enough T you look like a TRT candidate

    3 month TRT lab results

The proposed next step is raising it from 150mg a week to 180 mg week .... lets see how the results look 3 month down the line

HCG and Test into same Syringe

Hi, I know I can add HCG and Test into the same syringe. But thinking about injection frequency (daily) etc. and the problem that HCG needs to be stored in the fridge I was wondering: - can you prefill syringes with HCG/Test for a week worth of daily injections - if you put them into the fridge...

    Wasted Test in Syringe

You have to test it yourself Draw exactly 1ml out of a container > change the needle etc. and "inject" into another container and check if there is any loss The container could be a 1ml syringe (no needle) and at the end you use this again and if the liquid level is not as before you know your...

    3 month TRT lab results

While ratio is important (I would assume) absolute values are important too. Let say a 50 E / T 1000 works well for a person that same can probably not be said for 100/2000 (user not TRT) or 6/250 (in need of TRT) And it might vary by person too as the effects negative/positive materialize...

Dropping the Arimidex? My E seems to be in the range and I always read of the magic 22 for E (which I'm above already)

    3 month TRT lab results

I saw the video but I wanted to avoid 2 things in the beginning 1) make it complicated (real or imagined) with mixing them and 2) injecting me twice the same day. And somewhere I read that HCG the day before T was recommended by Dr Crysler (think it was him). The injection scheme will be changed...

    3 month TRT lab results

Sorry if I came over strong (English is my 2nd language). Still learning (a lot) around TRT and therefore body functions/interactions. In around 2 weeks I know what my doc thinks about this ....

    3 month TRT lab results

When I plug in my numbers I get 21.7 as the FT number .... which shows that the 14.7 from the lab is lower than one would expect. But beside the technicalities (when to measure / inject) what is the consensus? As I don't feel significantly better a) increase T dosage or b) just give it more...

Sounds as everyone is thinking along the same lines I am. While Total T is high I probably need a higher T dosage to get the Free T up. Let's see what the consultation brings.

While that is correct I didn't have time that Saturday (busy holiday season) but wanted to get this done. And with the half life of T I'm not sure how big the difference between 2 or 3 days after injection is.

    3 month TRT lab results

I inject Saturday/Monday/Wednesday > lab was done Wednesday before Injection As for changing the TRT > in the process of scheduling a consultation (my guess was before I saw th lab that I needed to increase the dosage but the Total T surprised me)

Feeling different ..... as we are talking about feelings it is hard to give a definitive answer that is objective. 3 month TRT lab results

    Hi, After 3 month of treatment I got a follow-up lab (original > after 3 month / range) T 308 > 915 / 264-916 Free T 9.9 > 14.2 / 6.8-21.5 DHEA 239.2 > 370 / 71.6-375.4 LH 7 > no tested/ 1.7-8.6 E sensitive 19 > 27.1 / 8-35 SHGB 23.1 > 33.4 / 16.5-55.9 The treatment is 150mg T a week (3*50) ...

    Testosterone levels on TRT

You should think (if you run into E problems and maybe regardless) about injecting more often. No expert by any means but 125mg sound hight per pin and a higher frequency seems to have only advantages (result wise - yes it might be bothersome and you use more syringes etc).

Injection question: Needle size and length

First used 29g but that was way too slow for T now I'm using Easy Touch 27g 0.5ml 1/2 ones and like that size way more (just 10 weeks into TRT). The 29 were so fragile and required so much patience pressure.

    starting TRT water retention?

Hi, Just started TRT a couple of weeks ago and notice some possible water retention. Saturday/Monday/Wednesday 50mh T SQ and 0.125mg anastrozole Tuesday/ Friday 400IU HCG Before I started TRT I was dieting down from 196 to 183 and noticed that the weight loss slowed (as expected after a while...

    New member soon on TRT

Maybe overthinking it ... but as I inject T 3 times a week does it matter when I inject the 2 times 400iu HCG? I.e Monday / Wednesday / Friday Test and Sunday / Thursday HCG And if that doesn’t matter as long as I space it out would I take the IA on Monday/Friday with the T or on Sunday/Thursday...

No particular issues on that front (beside less drive compared to decades ago). It was the weight/ mood/ energy (all somehow related)
