    Androgen Receptor Health Assessment

Interesting. I'll see if my Endo will write one up for me. lol (joking because she wouldn't even Rx TRT with three consecutive tests below 300).

Problems with Defy and Hallandale Pharmacy

I like Dr. Rodriguez and the staff at Royal Medical Centers...I've seen some of the reviews on here, but I've had nothing but great treatment and respect. In fact, I just wrote a review here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Testosterone/comments/8ppi13/ill_play_alongmy_review_of_royal_medical_centers/

I'm thinking of quitting trt. Should I

TRT takes a lot of time. Your body has to adjust and rewire in order to get used to the higher concentration of T. It can take months. Check this out: https://www.nebido.com/en/hcp/research/testosterone-tools/effects-tool.php I doubt your TRT is causing your depression. It is more than...

What is your height/weight/bmi? Just curious because many of your symptoms indicate high E2 (Estradiol)...especially the sweating.

Yes, but this one is £119 vs £199 for the sports check and it covers everything you'd need: https://www.medichecks.com/testosterone-blood-tests/trt-check-plus-testosterone-replacement-therapy This test is just £79 and has the necessary tests to identify type of Hypogonadism...

    Androgen Receptor Health Assessment

Do SARMs (like OSTARINE MK-2866) work in conjunction with TRT and improve the AR response? I am just now learning about SARMs. Would appreciate if one of the pros on here could help explain!

    Androgen Receptor Health Assessment

Thanks Systemlord. I just read that study, and it has a conclusion that efficacy (response) of exogenous Testosterone is correlated to androgen receptor health: "Genomic and non-genomic effects, androgen receptor polymorphism and intracellular steroid metabolism further contribute to such...

    Androgen Receptor Health Assessment

I would think there is. Also, there are plenty of AR antagonists (for prostate cancer), wondering if there are agonists out there (AR enhancers). I think some anabolic steroids have this effect, but I don't know much about steroids.

Estrogen way to low on TRT protocol with NO AI

From what pharmacy are you getting your Test Cyp? APS Pharmacy blends Arimidex with their Test Cyp, and wondering if you got the wrong vial.

    Androgen Receptor Health Assessment

Is it possible to test/assess the health of one's androgen receptors? I am just curious if there are tests that will predict the efficacy of TRT and/or determine the timeline of expected benefits. I would imagine Thyroid (TSH, T3, T4) is obvious. What else can be tested to determine AR health?

    Daily HCG - any benefit?

I wonder why HCG the norm and not HMG (with LH and FSH)? You would think there is much more postmenopausal urine out there than pregnant urine, but the price doesn't make sense.

    Daily HCG - any benefit?

An update here...I do believe that the more frequent dosing of HCG is beneficial. I was on 500iu E3.5D, then switched to 150iu ED. There was a noticeable increase in libido (a more steady libido, as opposed to highs and lows). The intensity of the libido isn't as strong as I've experienced after...

Almost 3 weeks into TRT and noticing some anxiety

Mike, keep a positive outlook! I think the blood results will paint a clear picture about what is going on, and I am confident that the experts on this forum will be able to help get your treatment tuned in!! My personal opinion is (like others have said) that your E2 is high. You said the AI...

Vasectomy possible cause of low T?

Yeah, I wasn't suggesting that every vasectomy effects T production, but there do seem to be a number of guys who've had a similar situation as me: https://www.reddit.com/r/Testosterone/comments/8o9rgh/vasectomy_as_a_possible_cause_for_low_t/

Vasectomy possible cause of low T?

I just read a response to a thread on another site and someone mentioned that their Vasectomy killed their T levels. I almost jumped out of my chair! I had never thought about it, my V just happens to coincide with my first experience of low T symptoms (some ED - which I NEVER had before my...

    Estradiol levels

Your E2 is probably through the roof (you need a sensitive E2 test). Take the AI. Start with 0.125 with every shot (3x per week). I wouldn't stop the HCG. It will add to your Total T number. Yes, it adds to E2, but this can be brought under control. Otherwise lower your dose of T.

    Need to increase E2 (temporarily)

What about Soy? I've read that people with high E2 should stay away from Soy...so that would indicate that the converse should apply (increase low E2). I've bumped up my daily HCG to 200iu. Getting trough bloods tomorrow morning.

    Need to increase E2 (temporarily)

I don't disagree. I am currently looking to switch Drs. This particular eClinic has several bad reviews on here (which I did not see before signing on with them).

    Need to increase E2 (temporarily)

My protocol is 200mg/week Test Cyp (100mg E3.5D) that is pre-mixed with 1mg of Arimidex (0.5mg E3.5D) and 500iu of HCG E3.5D. My E2 before treatment was 55 (non sensitive). That's why the Dr added the AI from the beginning. After a couple of weeks I was feeling like my E2 was low, so I did my...

Young Men Had Low Testosterone Symptoms with T Under 400 ng/dL

So when will the MDs out there begin using this information to treat the symptoms and not use the lower end of their ranges as the deciding factor to deciding on TRT treatment? I saw three doctors with tests ranging from 220 to 330 who refused to treat me - despite having very real symptoms...

Almost 3 weeks into TRT and noticing some anxiety

This happened to me at about that same time...racing heart (RHR of 120), anxiety, etc. It went away after a couple of days. And my E2 was at about 14 because of too much Arimidex. I was at 52 before I started TRT.

    Daily HCG - any benefit?

One thing I can report is that about 8 hours after pinning the HCG I get random erections. Not sure if this is related, but wasn't happening before. And it's happened 2 out of 2 times so far.
