I would think there is. Also, there are plenty of AR antagonists (for prostate cancer), wondering if there are agonists out there (AR enhancers). I think some anabolic steroids have this effect, but I don't know much about steroids.

Is it possible to test/assess the health of one's androgen receptors? I am just curious if there are tests that will predict the efficacy of TRT and/or determine the timeline of expected benefits. I would imagine Thyroid (TSH, T3, T4) is obvious. What else can be tested to determine AR health?

Your E2 is probably through the roof (you need a sensitive E2 test). Take the AI. Start with 0.125 with every shot (3x per week). I wouldn't stop the HCG. It will add to your Total T number. Yes, it adds to E2, but this can be brought under control. Otherwise lower your dose of T.

Are you on a Keto or low carb diet? If so, stop and eat carbs. No carbs = high SHBG

What about Soy? I've read that people with high E2 should stay away from Soy...so that would indicate that the converse should apply (increase low E2). I've bumped up my daily HCG to 200iu. Getting trough bloods tomorrow morning.

This happened to me at about that same time...racing heart (RHR of 120), anxiety, etc. It went away after a couple of days. And my E2 was at about 14 because of too much Arimidex. I was at 52 before I started TRT.

One thing I can report is that about 8 hours after pinning the HCG I get random erections. Not sure if this is related, but wasn't happening before. And it's happened 2 out of 2 times so far.
