I am on the exact same schedule as you, tue a.m. and fri p.m., I inject T cyp in shoulders and hcg in stomach on same days. This works for me. As far as "ideal" time im not sure about. Some guys inject hcg smaller doses every day, others 2x per week. Did your doc recommend any schedule?

I was/am the same way. After my TRT started kicking in and working I wanted to eat anything not nailed down! I have really cut back what I eat lately. One awesome side effect is my strength is really shooting up nicely and body fat starting to come off. Workouts have been super for me :)

DS431, I'm just northwest of Columbus. Just curious, do you have a good local doc? I use a NP over in hilliard that kind of lets me guide my TRT. She's not the most experienced but does prescribe my meds and runs my labs.

Yes some of us have docs that are not up to speed on the latest TRT methods so we need to "self diagnose" at times. That's why I posted to be careful with this drug it is powerful.

I'm about 3 months into TRT and to get dialed in I been testing every 4 weeks. If you change something it gives your body time to adjust to different protocols and show up in your labs. Also make sure you get the sensitive E test for men.

From what I understand you don't want to cycle hcg. Other than keeping testes full it has many other benefits. I would stick with what you were prescribed. I'm sure others will chime in. I inject 170iu twice per week with T injections.

I was referring to "drawing and recapping" as well. I don't see a problem with it, just be sterile.

I do #1. I draw my T the night before and just recap and set on the counter so its ready for my a.m. inject. I'm sure other guys on here "preload". I even preload my hcg syringe and recap and store in fridge. I only do this for my tue a.m. inject, my fri evening one I don't do. I'm the same way...

Very true. One would think more docs would be open to changing if patients are getting good results using other protocols. I think in my case she just doesn't know except what she has been told how to treat patients.

How do you feel on 3 times per week? How did you feel on every day inject? What caused you to switch? I guess im lucky in that I have done inject every 3.5 days with no problems and feel great. I think I would have needle fatigue if I had to inject every day or every other.
