You should get baseline IGF-1 levels. Knowing your baseline will help determine whether or not you need it and you'll be able to track progress.

I personally wouldn't reuse a vial. There are online places that will ship internationally. But if you do reuse, then sterilize it and the rubber stopper and then recap it, but you'll need a new cap.

I always leave a little air bubble in syringe to help "flush" out all of the precious oil. I leave 1/2 as much air when using slin pins because there isn't a "dead spot" (no luer slip/lock tip to trap oil).
