I've changed my routine. I now do 3 to 4 workouts a day but moderate intensity and never longer than 10-12 minutes. For example - 12 minutes on a treadmill at 5% incline - 1 minute 3.0 mph, 2 minutes 3.5 mph, 1 minute 3.0 mph, 1 minute 4 mph and so on. Would 3 to 4 a day still be...
