When do you reach TRT saturation?

Depends on the ester, but it takes 5 half lives to reach your stable point I think. For Cyp that’s about 5-6 weeks

Weird response on labs after switching to daily injections

It’s been 3 weeks, so you haven't reached your highest stable level yet. Smaller injections more often will still take time to build up to that average peak

    E2 testo and gyne

I doubt anyone is going to be able to tell you. Since you’re taking Tren I’m assuming this is a cycle and not TRT and you don’t have bloodwork?

    My first TRT injection reaction

Your LH and FSH are very high, but total test is low. Wonder what your SHBG is since free test is midrange. Looks like you’re primary

    My first TRT injection reaction

Fake test? Not likely if it’s from a dr or pharmacy. Sometimes SQ leaves bumps or swelling. I don’t know that it’s any more effective SQ vs IM, but some ppl respond differently to each. Personally I’d to test IM and HCG SQ and don’t worry about trying to mix them into one shot

    Just starting

Yeah how long since you started? It can take 2-3 months for things to balance & you’ll probably feel up and down during that time

    Just starting

That makes more sense. No idea with the water retention; I didn’t get any but everyone is different. HCG could be a cause of that. I’d suggest holding off on the AI until you get labs. Otherwise how do you feel?

    Just starting

    .75 of 200mg 4x a week is ... 150 four times? Or 150 split into 4 injections? Using 1cc a week of what?

    HCG, Test, Restart

Taking HCG will keep your LH suppressed. Once you stop taking it, the real ‘restart’ begins. Clomid & Tamoxifen are what get your body to start making its own LH again, and that’s what you want.

Combined surgical and medical treatment in an adolescent with severe gynecomastia

Once he started the AI, why did his TT drop? I would figure the lack of e2 would cause his body to make more T, not less? edit: was it because the Tamoxifen was keeping his TT high, and when he stopped, his TT went down?

    Low testosterone / low'ish estrogen

This seems right. Low T can mean low E, since there isn’t enough conversion. Symptoms seem like low T and low E to me

    Enclomiphene vs Natesto and SHBG

don’t really have an answer, however I’m interested in your experience with Natesto. I’ve brought it up to my Dr and he’s open to trying it, but haven’t read any user experiences yet.

Compounded Testosterone to Big Pharma Testosterone?

I started at a clinic that used Sun Pharma and felt good. 6 months later they switched to Empower 5ml bottles and I swore I felt different, and not in a good way. I’m back on pharma grade (West-Ward or Pfizer) and feel good. Can’t scientifically say compounded is different tho

    Natesto

Their website (natesto) offers payment and rebate plans, might give them a call
  21. swoops36

    Natesto

I’m interested in trying this out. The only issue is on their website they show that with 33mg daily the average TT is only 430ng, which isn’t great. Those spikes go up to 800ng but drop quickly. How would that feel?

NATESTO® INCREASES SERUM TESTOSTERONE AND IMPROVES SYMPTOMS AND MAINTAINS NORMAL SEMEN IN MEN WITH LOW T

Took a look at their website, not sure how well this would work as it’s own treatment, but since it’s kinda like test suspension, do you think taking 2 pumps before a workout would help for bodybuilding purposes?

Shortage of Injectable Testosterone C Reported

I read on Pfizer’s website that they have a shortage of 200mg/ml cyp until October-November. That’s causing ppl who usually buy the brand name to use generic, which is causing a shortage of generic now.
