It depends on your initial symptoms, but you should feel it fairly quickly. Mentally, I could tell the difference within hours of my first dose. I started with Fortesta; I'm not sure about the quality of the compounded creams.

Even so that is a really low dose...it may work for you. An early sign that my dose is too low...I start yawning a lot. Might sound strange...finding a balance between the sides and the benefits can be tricky.

and, to piggy back, I imagine those numbers don't include the cream you are adding on top of the injections. On the flip side, when my E is that high, I have those same side effects...though my T has never been that high...oh, and for a few days after changing my dose.

I, too, say slow down a little. Like myself, you probably have low SHBG, which means your body does react fairly quickly to your injections. I have heart rate effects within an hour and BP effects within two hours of dosing. Keep it low, go slow, and no that every time you change something...

That's because switching to dailies will result in lower testosterone availability until it builds back up and stabilizes. So, you will feel good for a few days, or at least I always did. Then, you will probably feel like it's too low of a dose for a while, as you stabilize.

Your story sounds like many others on here...chasing the tail. Definitely give the lower dose a try. You might even ask yourself...if what you are currently doing really making a difference.

I can't help but question the lab results...with your shbg and those doses, your t should be 3 times that number with legit cream and inject. Did you test 24 hours after dosing since you are daily dosing? Listen to Zooka Research on cream to the scrotum- 25 mg of cream per day resulted in an...
