    Intensity of exercise and longevity

Here is the interesting part: "Telomere length increased significantly with sport intensity, especially in the younger group. Deltoid Injections - Viable Long Term?

First off the size of the needle I believe make a huge difference in the amount of damage done to the muscle tissue. There is a huge difference in the size of a 31g and 21g. I have been doing sub-q injections in my abdominals for over 10 years now and have absolutely no scar tissue. The...

Testosterone Normal Ranges: "Junk Science?" (video)

Instead of finding out why the norms keep falling, medical science accepts the declining norms and lowers the bar. Makes it easy for big pharma to keep pumping out those drugs from depression. Oh, good video, thanks for posting. I guess it makes too much sense to treat symptoms and quit...

The Effects of Ketogenic Dieting on Body Composition, Strength, Power, and Hormonal Profiles

The biggest problem with trying to keep in ketosis is so many things have >1g of sugar in them which qualify them as "sugar free." Most all of the sugar substitutes will also kick you out of ketosis. Processed meats and cheese are also out. My wife loves this diet and started it in...

Excess niacin causes blood vessel inflammation and cardiovascular disease

Well you add that to the extra 2000 - 3000mg people take with the processed foods, that certainly seems like over kill. Especially when the RDA is 16mg/d. I eat a lot and only get around 55mg/d. That should be more than enough.

Interestingly enough I posted something about niacin in 2022 and took a little heat from a couple of our members for even mentioning it. Maybe I should have kept this cardiologist? https://www.excelmale.com/threads/extended-release-niacin-glucose-levels.25243/post-223077

Absolutely. I have seen quite a few blood test that found that it took about 500mg of IPA to move the GH and IGF-1 levels upwards. Go ahead and use the mixture you have and then think about buying individual vials of each.

I had asked my former cardiologist about using niacin and he strongly suggest that I not use it due to what was said in the posting above. So I guess this has been suspected for a few years now.

With E2 and IGF-1, I have to go back to bodybuilding in that many bodybuilders now try to push their E2 levels upward and find a sweet spot. Here is the reason why: Estradiol (E2) can influence the production and release of growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) through...
