Something of an aside on your estradiol testing. Why in the world was your perfectly reasonable request for the sensitive e2 test turned down? That speaks volumes about your doctor and his/her knowledge of androgen replacement. It would be enough for me to find another practice. That said...

You posted some test results - that is the extent of your pre-treatment workup? No SHBG? That is an absolute essential test to provide insight into the design of your protocol. Without it...its shooting I the dark. Was your thyroid evaluated? A PSA was captured, or not?

Why did you test “Total Estrogens” and where does your SHBG sit? Your eosinophils as reported indicate you don’t have cancer, significant active, typically parasitic, infection, or inflammation.

That’s a good observation. Proclatin, when elevated, can hammer libido. A higher LH value begins to raise the possibility of primary hypogonadism.

Critical as you move closer to, and possibly initiate, TRT - Test with the appropriate estradiolmtest. Sensitive, LC, MS/MS, e2 test is appropriate for men.

You are doing this on your own, no doctor involved? Have you run any labs? Where does your LH and FSH stand? Total and free testosterone?
