Hey, have you started supplementing already? I'm also considering doing something about this. Have just gotten my results back. TSH: 3.72 (0.27 - 4.20 mIU/L) FT3: 4.8 (3.1 - 6.8 pmol/L) FT4: 14.8 (12.0 - 22.0 pmol/L) Have you checked your ferritin levels? Mine are suboptimal (around 60...

    High Estrogen causing side effects

Is it possible you are just sick? Maybe caught covid or something? Your E2 might as well be high (sore nipples) but those other symptoms also usually accompany viral illnesses.

    My Ongoing TRT Mystery

There's been a hypothesis proposed by Spyros (link) which emphasises the importance of estrogen and possibly dysfunctional ER in syndromes like PFS and PSSD. You might benefit from trying exogenous e2 (even in pill form). Maybe it'll relieve some of your symptoms. Just a thought, seeing as you...

Can estrogen crash cause desensitization/knock out of the estrogen receptor - lets discuss!

In case you see this: do you take oral E2 sublingually or just swallow it immediately?

Can estrogen crash cause desensitization/knock out of the estrogen receptor - lets discuss!

I'm also recovering from aromasin induced E2 crash. Next week I'm starting TRT+ HCG in attempt to fully recover from it. I'll update this in a month or so. I'd also like to hear more recovery stories, regardless of the specifics of intervention. Administering E2 along with TRT sounds promising...

Test Cream on Scrotum and DHT

I think it's crashed E2 due to excess DHT. It's possible your scrotum (scrotum in general?) contains more androgen receptors than estrogen receptors, the former being now too active at the expense of blocking E2 production. Just a thought... Maybe try to use it somewhere else.
