    Do I Need Thyroid Meds?

A knowledgeable good doc would definitely have pulled the labs recommended above and then given you a therapeutic trial given the fact that you are symptomatic.

High Total T, low free T, high E2 - feel like utter shit

Can we ask how old you are? With that level of SHBG most of your T is definitely bound up and your freeT level shows that. Should you be a candidate for therapy you would definitely need a decent dose to come over the top of that SHBG and allow your FreeT to climb. Would like to see a little...

    Please help with my protocol

How long were you on your 1st protocol at 125mg E3.5days and now how long have you been on 75mg every3.5days? Lab notes indicate that these are E2 related. Are those your notes or the doctors? Guys tend to automatically blame estrogen for nearly everything, but I noticed you aren't on an AI...

    TOT for women book

I believe he's working on that right now with his wife and Dr. Meehan if I remember correctly.

    Fatigue, bloat, etc

I never felt as good on SubQ either. Don't have a good answer for that other than switching back to shoulder IM did the trick for me at least. IMO a boost in that FreeT may help. If symptoms returned after the dose reduction I think you probably have an answer there. Those numbers don't look...

    Liver concerns on TRT?

Anavar, Winstrol, Haloetc.... As far as I know the only one here in the US available under certain cirucmstances would be Oxandrolone (Anavar). There's only mild liver toxicity with it though as long as it's reasonably dosed (that's my understanding).

New supplement stack awoke the beast... or coincidence

Let us know if that continues. I personally am not sure which of those would cause that response but that's interesting but am curious as it's obviously doing something for you.

Stop Test Cyp entirely for fertility?

Many guys who juice are still able to get their wives/girlfriends pregnant, so without an analysis there's just no way to really know. And Yes, many guys on TRT with hCG can also get their significant other pregnant. Doesn't necessarily have to be clomid at all. Nelson has posted some really...

Stop Test Cyp entirely for fertility?

I"m not sure there's anyway to know unless you either get an analysis done or stop the test and go the Clomid route. Some guys use both hCG and FSH compounded by someone like Empower and have had success going that route while staying on T.

    Liver concerns on TRT?

Not with injectables. If you were to take an oral androgen of some sort then yes those are very hard on the liver. No liver toxicity with TRT.

Thinking of trying metformin with TRT

Doesn't hurt to supplement with iodine, but as said above, I doubt that's going to resolve your issues. Full thyroid panel and then treat accordingly. And yes, Metformin may need a week or 2 of discomfort while it's cleansing everything. You can use the Sustained Release version, but try and...

Interpret Thyroid Labs - Fatigue Symptoms

That FreeT3 is pretty abysmal. You must be exhausted. What type of treatment are they recommending or are you undergoing for thyroid? Adrenal function plays a factor too. Any saliva-cortisol tests?

First blood results since starting TRT...

Not much improvement in FreeT if that 2% holds true. I doubt your symptoms are all resolved, correct? Would appear that a decent dose increase is going to be needed. Anything else besides the T Cream included in your protocol?

Will Everyday or Every Other Day TRT Injections lower or Raise E2 levels?

Most guys would switch to ED or EOD injections to keep rises in E2 in check. Less aromitization or more frequent, lower dose injections. From your previous post you definitely need to let your E2 rebound. 9 is dangerously low.

    Injections per week

Labs would help, but yes, if your'e very low SHBG every 3 days or probably every other day would work a lot better for you. Definitely post your labs next week.

    Is my Testosterone too high?

If there aren't any other glaring issues, symptoms or bloodwork wise then I wouldn't worry about the numbers. They are what they are. Out of curiosity though, what's your overall protocol?

    Master Amino Acid Pattern (Map)

Man if that's true then we'd have to be taking in ungodly amounts of whey protein daily for it to ever even matter............. Interesting.

Low Dose 1.25mg Cialis Seems To Be Working

What MountainMan said. It took me about a week, but then all the stuffy nose, headache, etc...went away and now I can take anywhere from 2.5mg daily up to 10mg (as needed :-)

    rT3 halved under liothyronine (T3), fT3 & fT4 lower, what next?

If he gets his T3 up a little higher, would he not be able to add in a small daily dose of NDT?Currently I use 1grain NatureThroid with 12.5mcg T3 twice a day. I believe (though I'd have to double check) that my RT3 was around 22 at the time I started this.

    Am I hypothyroid?

Well, that's a pretty reasonable starting dose, 1/2grain. Hopefully some other well versed thyroid guys can chime in. Only other thing I could think of would be cortisol issues. Did you have that tested?
  28. Sean Mosher

    Finally!!!

So you noticed substantially different levels when injecting in the quads versus the delts? Higher with the quads I"m assuming?
  29. Sean Mosher

    Am I hypothyroid?

I think most would recommend NDT with your FreeT3 where it is. What dose did your doc start you on? Maybe it was titrated up too quickly, which could have caused those symptoms you mentioned. It's another aspect of hormones where you start low and titrate up slowly until symptoms are gone.
  30. Sean Mosher

    Am I hypothyroid?

Your FT3 may be in range but I'd hardly say it's optimal. Looks like further investigation is warranted. Need to see full thyroid panel, not just TSH and FT3.
  31. Sean Mosher

For those on injections + cream

When you say 2 clicks, what's the dose? And is the compounded T 100mg/ml?
