FYI: Trimix has different strengths as the pharmacist prepares your vial. My pharmacist assigns a number to each concentration. So Trimix #6 is stronger/more potent than Trimix #5. Whereas Trimix #3 is very weak. Alprostadil being the main ingredient, is more potent as the number increases. Example: Trimix #5 has 10mcg of Alpro, where Trimix #6 has 25 mcg. Just be very careful how much you load into your syringe! Start with small amount, then increase gradually till you're satisfied..

I do Daily Sustanon 250, Daily 10mg Cialis, Bi-Weekly HCG and this has resulted in a fantastic quality of life and raging Libido but completely unpredictable erections at least for the purpose of intercourse. I've just discovered Trimix Plus here in Kenya, tried it twice (0.3ml) and it blew my socks off. Solid erection within 5 minutes and it lasted and was totally usable for 3 hours. Amazing!
