What creatine dose are you taking daily?I thought I'd give another update. I'm on my feet all day and put many miles on my legs. Plus I do work out almost daily. Still my Achilles tendon is healed.

Thanks for the advice. I feel fine with just taking creatine.I was going to add that you should get some BPC-157 and subq 500mcg twice a day at the injury site. That should fix you right up in about 30 days.
This is the only time that creatine healed anything on me. Though I do think it does improve my brain function.Of all my injuries, nagging bothersome injuries and heavy use of creatine at ~10g per day, never did a thing to heal those.
