You sound like me to a T.
Took me a good 10 years and over 15k€ worth of supplements to realize I felt better with nothing but food and Betaine HCL to digest it.
Do you have any clue as to why we react in such an extreme way to all those apparently benign OTC vitamins, when others can just chug...
Thank you for taking the time to respond.
I indeed feel way worse when taking B vitamins and Zinc, however I find myself in quite a conondrum as my hair analysis shows copper levels 10 times above the top of the range and zinc levels 1/10th of what I should have at the minimum.
Copper overload...
I so wish you and every single person who liked your post were in my shoes for one hour only.
You would beg your way out of this living hell that is post AI e2 receptor desensitization.
I'm getting so tired of this low e2 life. My e2 on paper is normal, but no one believes me when I say my receptors have been desensitized.
All of this just because I took arimistane on its own for a month back in 2013, and then did 3 cycles of aromasin on its own in an attempt to boost my...
That's already a lot of symptoms.
HCG never improved things, Clomid made things worse.
Just ordered an estradiol cream, never tried exogenous e2 before.
Blood test shows mid range e2.
Took aromasin in 2015 to try and boost my testosterone naturally.
12.5mg/day for 3 weeks.
Made me go flat, depressed, no interest and no pleasure in anything.
Still the same 9 years after.
Gets slightly better when I'm on testosterone but nowhere close to how I was before on nothing.
What we want is not necessarily a constant stream of supplemental e2 floating around.
We want to reactivate the estrogen receptors that have been shut down by flooding them with exogenous e2, and then let them live their life.
Has anyone had success with this strategy ?
Yep. Unfortunately phlojel's absorption rate is not very high and it takes ages to dry.
Unlike DMSO where it's dry in 15 minutes and you don't risk contaminating anyone.
Gotta give this man props.
The best I have ever felt is on test base + DMSO.
Feels so different than esterified test.
The hassle is you have to use it twice a day for consistent levels, but the second application is more for the ego of having high test all the time, you don't exactly "need" it.
