Yes. At your age, the depression and anti-depressants are the most likely cause vs rarer things. People on forums like to dig in and go right to rare things and unique treatments. As the late Dr. Crisler would say - "when you hear hoofbeats, think horses not zebras."

hmm....my experience has been opposite. Much better than previous provider. And Dr. Saya stays on schedule and provides more time with you to answer pretty much any question you have. That is also not my experience with another doc.
Consider 250 2x per week instead of EOD (may help keep E2 down) or instead of 100 units a day. Dr. Saya has a small sample size of data showing this provides improved sustained levels vs 100 a day.
