Haven't tried it in awhile, but the 3-4 times I did didn't help me much at all.
I have an unreconstituted vial around here somewhere, ready to give it another shot.
I have mild apnea. Could never find a mask that worked, but finally one came out that works well for me. But, after watching this YT channel from an ENT doc in England, I realize for them to work properly you need to be able to breath thru your nose or the pressure wont be comfortable. Also...
Increasing dopamine shouldn't be the goal. Otherwise, cocaine wouldn't be so bad for your brain. Managing increases with return to baseline levels seems to be desired. Andrew Huberman is a professor of neurobiology at Stanford and has a great podcast with all episodes on YouTube. His recent one...

hmm....my experience has been opposite. Much better than previous provider. And Dr. Saya stays on schedule and provides more time with you to answer pretty much any question you have. That is also not my experience with another doc.
Consider 250 2x per week instead of EOD (may help keep E2 down) or instead of 100 units a day. Dr. Saya has a small sample size of data showing this provides improved sustained levels vs 100 a day.
For those of us with HPA issues, perhaps something to being low histamine. Much is made of histamine intolerance and much much less is written about the reverse. My horrible libido has always been driven to zero by acid-reducers and when younger (early 20s) by antihistamines for hay fever. I'm...
Libido and ED as bad as they have ever been. Tried Prog at night per Dr. Saya's recommendation and no help at all. In the last month, I have weaned off HC after being on it for years and I feel a bit calmer without it, but the sexual dept is as stated. 25 years of this. Close to throwing in the...
DHEA/Cortisol do not have a definitive inverse relationship as someone stated. Both are adrenal hormones. Both can be elevated due to stress. Both can begin to fall after long-term stress. Both don't have to move together. Cortisol would likely have a greater effect on DHEA than DHEA on...
I'm not making that assumption and don't think my issue is hormone related. Perhaps, neurotransmitter, methylation, even wondered about histamine, etc. etc. Libido won't be fixed by an implant though it definitely would provide ability for sex.
Joined Defy from Dr. Crisler's practice. 10 years of trying it all and no resolution of ED, no libido, he suggested a sequence of things to try. Prog pills at night was on the list.
My mood is calmer - though I have also simultaneously learned about the importance of nasal breathing. So, have...

There is much to be learned on dynamics within a relationship. However, at some point in your life (he is 39), the games become silly and you have to ask... why do I need to play games? Does it just make me anxious and stressed? Does life/relationships REALLY need to be that way? REALLY?
Being married with a kid is different than not married and no kid. After 7 years, if it isn't making him a better person and enriching his life..may be time to move on.
