Cialas/viagra targets ED - i.e., the mechanical aspect. Whereas lack of libido refers to no interest in sex - i.e., the mental piece. You can have one without the other.- Willyt

It is confusing because most of AAS articles appear to refer to TNE as oil base (sometimes just referred to as "Base) whereas Suspension refers to water. Either way there is no ester, but the two can be different in terms of absorption rate and PIP.- Willyt

Same exact experience here. At top of range, I have sub-zero libido if that is possible (at least pre-TRT I have occasional flashes). I have mid-high SHBG of 40-45 I continue to be jealous of guys who experience raging libido at supraphysiologic levels. If only...- Willyt

I am a daily low dose subq guy and have found that anything over 6mg TE daily will result in early AM awakenings which leaves me feeling shitty rest of the day. I am currently adding 2mg TNE to my daily base of 6mg TE to provide a morning spike. The fast acting TNE is out of the body by...- Willyt

HCG induced aromatase down regulation?
HCG causing drop in E2 - you and @FunkOdyssey need to switch places :cool: (see thread below). Joking aside, I've never seen anyone on this forum experience lower E2 from HCG. I am a low E2 guy about to add HCG (Pregnyl) to my low dose regiment. I will let you know if something similar occurs...- Willyt

Most definitely. I keep a TRT journal and have had quite a few entries about glorious days following TP increase. Then leveling out to point of emotional blunting. Its a tricky balance. One suggestion - don't track day-by-day. Too many variables at play.- Willyt

First set of Follow Up Labs since Starting TRT. Looking for Feedback
Congrats you've just prescribed 1.7x the levels of a healthy young male! That dose would put me at around 1200 TT In the end, its a helluva lot easier to titrate up then down. But who are we kidding with this debate - the elephant in the room is that clinics are always going to over-prescribe...- Willyt

I remember envying your success on 1x weekly 60mg. Loved the simplicity of it. Since you seem to do well on it other than first 1-2 days, I would agree with some of the other posters to a modest dose reduction with moving to 2x weekly to blunt that peak.- Willyt
