I have a drawer full of half-used supplement bottles because I am a sucker for purported benefits. But the only one that has stood the test of time throughout the years is creatine. In fact, there are times where I think creatine > TRT.
If you are concerned about shutdown, another option (read rabbit hole) you could try is nasal T gel, which is a very quick acting form of T that minimizes shutdown. You can search for Natesto which is popular brand.
A few guys have had success on nasal gel, but it remains somewhat of a niche...

Oh please what a load of bullshit. Great advice. I am not doubting the OP is experiencing problems, but blaming Low T for it is nonsense. No wonder TRT gets such a bad rap in the media.
Dude most guys here would kill for those pre-TRT numbers. Listen to the words of wisdom on this thread and run from that doctor. TRT will shut down your natural production and it ain't easy to bring it back.
You could try reducing the amount you inject at any time by using more frequent injections (e.g., every other day EOD or even daily)
Also, if you're going subq, use a smaller needle like 31 gauge x 5/16.
The worst I've felt on TRT involved cypionate, but in fairness there were many other variables involved including a different carrier oil (cottonseed versus grape). However, like others have said, I've read countless accounts on forums of guys preferring enan over cyp and rarely the other way...
