my creatine levels were up on my last labs 1.27 . I was eating 1-1.5 pounds of red meat a day . once I stopped that they returned to normal ranges

labs are to be drawn between certain hours to insure testosterone is at its peak.thats assuming the average person sleeps from 10 pm to 6 am and bllods drawn at 8 am.but what is a person sleeps from 8pm to 3am and get bloods drawn at 9am wouldnt that be the same as person #1 having bloods drawn...

Am at work now but on range my fsh was normal but at the bottom of the chart my t4 was in upper range and t3 was middle range symptom wise this felt like this for 2-3 years like I get no tingle in testical that they need a release I get good erection but ejaculation sucks unless I wait long time...

ok am 47 and just got my blood work back total test 495 was 740 last year,had high ferritin 346 but normal iron,cholesterol was 160,hdl 60,ldl 100,tri 56 i asked him to chesk my estrogen and he looked at me strange on the test it says estrogen non pregnant test result 40.i been on low carb diet...

I tried intermittent fasting as the idea seemed good,but I would work all day on empty stomach then eat at home I think this messed me up
