Thanks everyone for the responses, I really hope this is something that Defy can help with, its become real rough for her. She has been trying to figure out whats going on with her for sometime but her Doctor hasn't been to helpful.

I would recommend asking to speak with the PA or RN. My initial was also with Dr. Chrisler, but all my followup have been done without and they are all very knowledgeable and can get you on the right track.

In my experience, your first injection in a new muscle usually gets pretty sore, subsequent ones should be fine.

Pharmacy states they sent two vials, I appear to have only 1 vial, so who knows if I lost it or there was a mistake in shipping, I know pharmacies have pretty good systems in place to prevent mistakes like that. So I can't reorder until January

The only issue you may have is with your first and maybe second injection into a new muscle. I know when I first did quad injections the muscle became very sore for a few days. Followup injections had no issue.
