Thank you so much for the effort you have put in to explain my question.
So what i have gathered from the articles is that both high frer testosterone and estradiol are linked to high BP. Is it also trur for men like me who are on TRT. I have high frer T 55 pg/ml reference range 8-28. My...
I am having a throbbing heart rate since many days. I have tried to search for an answer and the only definite reason is high estradiol. I have low shbg 14.5. And Free T at 55pg/m (8 to 28). Total T is 979. I am on 17.5 mg EOD. So there is no obvious reason except that its high E2. Which is 55...
Hello Sir,
I have great respect for your work that has helped thousands of newbies like me.
I would like to use your knowledge further. Please explain why elevated Estradiol levels causes high blood pressure? I have searched this topic with no specific answers.
If i have to phrase my question in other words.
Why high estradiol causes high blood pressure? I tried hard over the internet but couldnt find a definite answer.
Yes i will keep my doctor in loop for sure.
So you are suggesting for daily injections. I will definitely think over it.
But for now do you think reducing 17.5 to 10 mg EOD is a good idea? If that doesnt work, daily injection would be the best option. What do you say?

First of all Thank you very much for your responce. I was really confused.
I am planning to swtich to 10 mg EOD instead of 17.5
Do you also have low SHBG? How many times you inject per week? Are you on EOD protocol?
So i have low SHBG 14.5 nmol/l. I am on EOD protocol 17.5 mg Test E. I was doing pretty good but after 8 weeks of running this protocol the lab reports telling that i have insanely high levels of Free T 55 pg/ml(8 -28). The Total Test value is also very high 979 ng/dl.
The E2 being at 54 pg/ml...
Hello respected members,
My age is 31 years and i have just completed 5 months of my TRT. Its been a struggle from the very start because i am a low SHBG guy(14.5 nmol/l). Previously I have tried different protocols like,
50 mg E 3.5 D
Labwork
T =721, E2 =42(non sensitive)
60 mg E 3.5 D...
But my question still remains the same.
Pre TRT total test of 250, SHBG 19.8. This is by any means low SHBG > more free Test. So why i had low T symptoms pre TRT with high levels of Free T?
Please also explain your Albumin and Estradiol point in relation to my question.
