Clomid-Associated Suicide Behavior in Hypogonadal Man

Clomid has definitely given me some really extreme depression. I get transient improvement with almost full resolution of all symptoms and return to my normal self briefly for like 2 days in the 3rd week. Then the next week I get sudden onset of depression and the depression starts to deepen and...

Adrenal fatigue or low T causing symptoms?

Well yea some of it could be that but I do think there is some pattern going on with the HPA signals and stuff cause I never felt this way prior to having all of this. And I'm at school so most of my work is all done at night. I'd say I generally looked forward to it and the freedom of college...

Adrenal fatigue or low T causing symptoms?

Bump--I also noticed that I feel better at night time every single day. Mood improves at night and in the mornings its the worst. I'd say in general I just feel "bleh" like not that interested in things as I used to be and being in my own head a lot. I read a bit about high DHEA-S and low...

Adrenal fatigue or low T causing symptoms?

Doc sort of stopped getting LH/FSH tests since we sort of had them done in the past and LH has always been like 2-4 so lowish. So we knew it was secondary. I actually tried a restart protocol over the summer. Clomid 12.5 mg eod raised my T levels very high to like 850 ish. E2 was like in the...

Adrenal fatigue or low T causing symptoms?

Yea I was wondering what causes high DHEA-S+low cortisol. Theres a lot of stuff on the opposite pattern but I haven't seen too much on this. The few things I have seen do mention that it is possible to have this pattern due to stress. I've also read that it could be that my DHEA-S hasn't been...

Adrenal fatigue or low T causing symptoms?

Been a while since I last posted but I'm still not doing that well. 21 yr old and still struggling with symptoms of primarily low motivation+feeling depressed. Other symptoms include feeling anxious, easily stressed, lower libido, socially withdrawn but I attribute these to the first 2 of low...

    Need Help--Age 21 hormone imbalances

We did the pit MRI but that was all clear Said its likely some hypothalmic dysfunction going on. Pituitary isnt getting GnRH signals to make LH/FSH and then Testosterone downstream.

    Need Help--Age 21 hormone imbalances

Thanks for the replies. I've also been trying to work out at the gym but keep getting nausea issues. Seems like in any physical/mental stressor I get nausea. In the last month, Ive also gotten some fatigue primarly in afternoons. I suspect due to having to do school in a state of motivation...

    Need Help--Age 21 hormone imbalances

My doctor (anti aging) also agreed that the E2 and DHT were low and probably causing my symptoms even though T levels were not that bad by themselves. He offered a TRT trial with a TD 10% compounded cream (TD since it raises DHT more) but I haven't gone through with it yet.

    Need Help--Age 21 hormone imbalances

Updated the post. I think my earlier post didnt go through for some reason but I take Xanax as needed (for both anxiety and it also helps me with motivation interestingly). Also Vistaril (anti histamine) as needed when I get insomnia. Supps are 3K IU vit D, 100 mcg vit K2, mg citrate, zinc/cu...

    Need Help--Age 21 hormone imbalances

Just updated the ranges. I had a pituitary MRI done in the past but it was clear. As for meds--just Xanax as needed. Also use things like Vistaril (anti histamine) for my insomnia sometimes. Supplements: 3K IU vitamin D, 100 mcg vitamin K2, magnesium citrate, ashwagandha, prescript assist...

    Need Help--Age 21 hormone imbalances

Hey everyone--just wanted to get some input from the guys here. I am a college student struggling in school due to these issues. I feel unmotivated, low libido, sleep issues, and easily stressed out. School used much easier for me before these symptoms hit. Now thanks to the low motivation in...
