I do a 5 day routine each week with an option extra arm day. Sunday- Chest Monday - Back Tuesday - Arms Wednesday - Legs Thursday - Shoulders Friday - REST Saturday Arms (Only if I feel recovered) I do no cardio except for pre-workout warm-up on the rower.
