CDG & DIM - what's the consensus these days?

Med. Physical requirements
This is what I do as well. It does become problematic after about 2-3 years. My Insurance pays for 1 annual physical and My PCP cannot do another one until after 1 year has passed (They wait 2 weeks). I followed the daily protocol, divided my twice weekly dose into 7 daily injections and broke out with an acute case of acne. went back to my regular dose of 500 every 3.5 days on the day before my test C injections of 100 mg every 3.5 days. need help with 5 day a week work out routine
I do a 5 day routine each week with an option extra arm day. Sunday- Chest Monday - Back Tuesday - Arms Wednesday - Legs Thursday - Shoulders Friday - REST Saturday Arms (Only if I feel recovered) I do no cardio except for pre-workout warm-up on the rower.- Savage Hands
