Anyone have experience using Natesto?
Natesto didn’t work for me. Ya it may be a good choice if your wanting to 100% for sure preserve fertility but why would you want to continue to use if it is ineffective for your low t symptoms?And since it has such a short half life (45minutes) you definitely should feel results in 2 weeks or less.- Rhino 2.0

ZALEMAX , I bet you money I know more about TRT than you. For your information I did try Natesto and I felt absolutely nothing. It also irritates your nose and throat when you use it.- Rhino 2.0

Again you don’t what you’re talking about. Natesto is fast acting unlike injections which have a 7 day half life. Natesto peaks about 45 minutes after you take it and then leaves your system quickly. I think 2 weeks is plenty of time to see if Natesto is working or not.- Rhino 2.0

Did you ever get your SHBG and free testosterone checked? The free T is what matters . You could have normal total t and high SHBG and have low normal free t levels.- Rhino 2.0

I felt nothing taking Natesto so if I were you I would give it a week or two and if you feel nothing just drop it. Also you can still take testosterone injections and still be fertile. It’s not an automatic guarantee you will be infertile while on it.- Rhino 2.0

My baseline total t is about the same as yours and I have tried natesto before with no improvement. I think it could either been an absorption issue for me or it just didn’t raise my T high enough or long enough for improvement. Chronically high SHBG and low free test (not on trt yet )
TRT will lower SHBG in most cases. You could either do 1 or 2 shots a week with your SHBG.- Rhino 2.0

Recent Labs- 2/4/2022
