Adding Sildenafil? I think adding another PDE-5 inhibitor to the stack would be dangerous. I haven't tried tadalafil yet, but Sildenafil above 50 mg gives me terrible heartburn, flushing, and headaches. I rarely take it anymore. ALSO: Sildenafil is very inconsistent as far as results go.

Tri-Amino AND your stack? Gene, is this in addition to the stack? Do you swap out a dose for an injection? If not, what is the benefit of adding this? It seems like there would be diminishing returns at some point since the Tri-Amino has redundant components.
