Does the recovery include the use of HCG while on? I was on TRT with HCG throughout and although had enough sperm, the motility was low. Came off and now playing the waiting game.

The prolactin was always high from working out. Had a test on the nhs and was low Normal. I'll do another sperm analysis and see if things have improved

So on trt with hcg my motility ranged from 15% to 2%. Came off everything on December 26th 2022 and started a PCT protocol. Had sperm tested on 13th March 2023 and motility had risen to 20% with all other numbers normal. My question would be do you think this will still rise as only been 3...

Hi everyone Just had bloods back in after stopping TRT in December. Was on clomid 25mg ED for 4 weeks then 25mg EOD for last 2 weeks. Bloods taken day after last dose. Any advice? I realise that the full restart won't be apparent until 2 months after last dose of clomid so will retest then.

Agree, but gone with the clomid restart. Hopefully the motility will increase as with increased hcg it lowered it

Hi guys, Just had results back after 3 weeks into clomid pct (been on trt for 2 years and off for fertility. Currently on 25mg per day. Does this look like I'm recovering or should the clomid had raised my levels further? Should I continue with 25mg per day? At a loss.

Appreciate the reply, however I had 29mil sperm on hcg and trt, just low motility (2%). Will the addition of FSH from stopping test and adding clomid improve sperm quality?

Hi, did the introduction of FSH improve your results? Currently have the same numbers as you, now off TRT and on Clomid. Would FSH be needed for full sperm motility to be achieved?

Hi all, Is it possible that HCG run along with TRT could impact sperm motility? I had a decent count when running both, but motility was very low, could FSH be needed in sperm production to maintain adequate motility or is it something different? Currently off Test and running clomid to restore...
