I'm having similar issues and thinking of coming off after 7 years as well. I'm 48 though. I'm going to try reducing my dose from 120 to 90 as my last bloods came back with high e2, free T, and DHT.
I think taper or cold turkey is probably the way. A PCT is where I'm more concerned about acne. Can you tell me about your experience coming off? How long before you felt back to normal? Normal in a non TRT way. Do experience acne while on TRT like I do?
