I would postpone. Also, if you want upstream hormones to come up low on blood tests, stay only on TRT. Stop hCG, pregnenolone, and DHEA and wait at least 4 weeks to get the blood tests.
Are you only taking 500 IU hCG alone twice per week? That's not enough to bring T up above 400 ng/dL.
What was your goal when starting? Treating low T, low sperm? Please explain.
