You can also buy a glucometer off of Amazon. The are inexpensive and it will give you a pretty good idea if you are having trouble regulating blood sugar.

Also, my fasting glucose is up ticking. I dont know if its dawn phenomenon or what, but my 12+ hour fasting blood glucose has been over 100 since I got a glucose meter last month. This is on keto days intermittent fasting.
