Does iron deficiency affect glucose homeostasis?

When you are lightheaded during lifting, is it through the whole session? Could your blood sugar be crashing during the workout? I have been experiencing light headedness on and off for 4-5 years and it seems to happen after a workout, but can happen anytime. I have monitored my bs on and...

    Free t symptoms

I haven't taken anything other than vitamin d, zinc, and k2. I am not on trt. I'm just trying to figure out if I will benefit from it and have been for a few years now.

    Free t symptoms

Are there specific symptoms of low free t or are they the same as tt? If so, how do the symptoms differ? Is there a possibility of having low free testosterone for years and tt being in midrange(500-600)? My main worst symptom is brain fog, but motivation, focus, intrusive thoughts...

    Blood sugar issues

You can also buy a glucometer off of Amazon. The are inexpensive and it will give you a pretty good idea if you are having trouble regulating blood sugar.

    Lowish estradiol and over weight

I recently had some blood work done and my ultrasensitive e came back at 19. I'm at least 50lbs over weight. Shouldn't my estradiol be higher? Tt 413 Ft 57.9 pg/ml Shbg 34

Seems every thread title has been used!

I'm 43. Not on HRT. I've been dealing with symptoms for probably the last 5 years and I've had anxiety/ocd my whole life. I made an appointment with the urologist so we'll see how that goes.

Labs were done at 10:15 am. I haven't worked out in over a year. I'm in a 400-500 caloric deficit 6 days a week based on my fitness pal. I was considering dropping calories more bc my weight loss has stalled for quite some time. Thanks for the reply

Thanks for the reply! I'm down 50lbs since January, but have been stalled at my current weight since june'ish. I have gained and lost these 50lbs a bunch of times over the years. This time around it has been just diet and no gym work. I haven't been to the gym in over a year. But, I've...

I was wondering about that. I have read that doing keto for extended periods of time can lower t3, which also causes my symptoms. Has the keto diet changed your thyroid panel in any way? I will say that I have more of a dirty keto approach currently. I also have one day a week where I eat...
