A couple reasons. One to get to consistent steady state and the main reason was to try to lower HCT. I apparently am a super producer of red blood cells lol

I went from 2X a week at 50 mg per injection to 10 per injection everyday. So 100 weekly to 70 weekly amd my lab numbers remained steady

I get a dull ache in the head of penis after a trimix, or quadmix injection. Nothing horrible but enough to distract during penetration. It seems to happens with a low dose or higher dose, I have experimented with that. Anybody else experience such?

I also deal with fatty liver. I have been on TRT for 10 plus years amd those liver numbers have not increased. Actually they have decreased if I pay attention to diet and exercise .

I do sub cutaneous injection. I use a 27ga 1/2” needle. I do daily at .10 ml. I rotate from right love handle to right belly button area and onto the other side. Some guys do not seem to do well on sub Q shots. They work for me

I was in your boat a few years back and switched to compounded cream fro Empower. i can not say I noticed ant difference in my hct. It did create a bit of E2 issues I never had before. 4 years later. I d o nor f eel real well on the creams and just switched back to injections

I could barely tell I wqs taking anything when on compounded from Empower. Witched to pregnyl and boom, what a difference.

I have been using it for a few years. Typically inside of thigh or arm pit at night after shower. Any area with shallow fat that will not rub off right away worked for me

I just kept upping like 5 units at a time. Still never have reached anything that is a 4 hour erection amd I am at 25 units
