Defy is good about reducing your test dose if they start HCG...too many docs spike levels by just adding HCG on top...I find HCG to be more estrogenic subjectively

Any update on recommended oral dose of pregnenolone?

What is a good dose of pregnenolone? It seems to be all over the map (pills that is). Is 50mg too much? Should I take 5 mg? Advice please.
