New to TRT: Wondering if it's working or not...

Hi everybody, I'm reviving this very, very old thread. Hope you guys don't mind. When I first created it I was just at the beginning of my TRT journey here in Spain, and today it's exactly 8 years (to the day) since I wrote that original post. Despite the initial doubts about the...

    Belly fat wont go away

Many on keto/paleo/low carb diets think calories don't matter. They still do. I'd double check your basal metabolic rate and make sure to create an adecuate caloric deficit throughout the week.

    Needing advice----normal Total T, low free T

That was basically my situation when I started TRT almost 3 years ago. Although Total T was in the 500-600 range, my Free T was really, really low (can't rememeber right now, but it was low even for a 60+ y/o man and I was only 40 at the time). SHBG in the mid range. E2 at the high end. My...

    Low Dose test cyp

To the original poster. I would find a 1x week dose of T that gives you a decent and consistent trough reading. Then split that into 2 or 3 injections a week, as preferred. From personal experience, the first couple months of TRT are often a bumpy ride, as your body is adjusting to the new...

    TRT - Should I?

Honest question, coming from someone who makes a living training other people. Why do you work out so much? That much cardio and lifting everyday? Why? It's probably not doing you any good, either because you're not giving your body enough time to recover or because the intensity of your...

Looking For Advice With These Results

When I started TRT 2 years ago, at 42 y/o, my total T was at about the same level as yours (500). In my case the problem was that my Free T levels were very, very low for my age.
