I take 1 mg a week of Anastrozole (1/2mg twice a week). And it brought my E2 down to 19 from 46. Some people need more of this medicine others less I assume.

are you saying and e2 of 46 would be unusually high for a T level of 500? not sure I understand what your'e saying.

Ive had some energy issues lately, also brain fog and some joint pain. The history of gyno is a big factor though. I had surgery about 8 years ago so I really don't want that happening again.
