I take 1 mg a week of Anastrozole (1/2mg twice a week). And it brought my E2 down to 19 from 46. Some people need more of this medicine others less I assume.

I'm 50. i started having ED issues probably 5 years ago. I had a lot of brain fog, felt weaker (have always been strong in the past), reflexes not as fast, some weight gain, thats why I had the labs that are shown done.

If you can get access to one, I would try the exercise bicycle. You can get your heart rate up higher and get the most out of those 30 min of exercise. Its also much easier on your knees/joints than walking. I use the sit down exercise bike and I'am drenched with sweat by the end of 30 min.
