It came pre mixed from a compounding pharmacy already. My mix is PAP 30 / PHE 1 /PGE 25. Label says take .15 -.25ml as directed. I use a 100 unit 1cc insulin syringe and only fill it to the 5 unit mark out of 100 which is very tiny.

I tried 5 units again and it was rock hard for 4 hours and needed the sudafed again. AT this point it seems like I need less than 5 units for it to work at least 2 hours. Should I go down to 3 or 4 units?

Thats good to know. I did order another vile of it from a different peptide source but have yet to try it. How long does it take for you to feel effects from your PT-141?

I also received nothing from PT-141. Got mine from peptide sc**nc* as well. I took the whole bottle and dosed up each time with no reaction.
