I guess this is common when T is at supra-physiologic levels? Honestly if these, and hematocrit and hemoglobin weren't too high and my newly regrown hair didn't fall out, I would have kept the 90 mg/wk / T=1400 dosing. I liked the extra muscle and all-night wood. Made me feel like a teenager!!

My DHT is 5x the reference range max and I developed acne. I use compounded cream every morning and the dose put me at 500-900 when measured 2 hours after application.

Before Finasteride they had very high DHT, way above the reference range?
