Has anyone here been on TRT long term (years) with no HCG and Regained fertility?

I presumed you'd be coming off TRT to regain fertility. If you've lost it, it's probably going to be pretty hard to get it back without coming off TRT for a while. You may not have lost it though, some guys don't. Have you gone and had a fertility test?

Has anyone here been on TRT long term (years) with no HCG and Regained fertility?

Not quite what I said buddy. You missed the part where I came off for 6 months and used enclomid to restore my fertility.

Has anyone here been on TRT long term (years) with no HCG and Regained fertility?

I was on it for about 8 years with "very patchy" HCG usage, certainly nowhere near the recommended amounts to preserve fertility. I came off, did PCT, switched on to enclomid for 6 months. Fertility was fine, froze some sperm (just in case) and went back on the TRT (because I felt shit on the...

TRT & HGH - Left Ventricular Hypertrophy Risks

Got my echo results back: Am I correct in assuming this is the relevant figure? If so, it shows mild LVH (which wouldn't be unexpected I guess given I've been lifting heavy weights for a long time). Doc said everything totally normal overall, no causes for concern.

TRT & HGH - Left Ventricular Hypertrophy Risks

Ok thanks, so I'm understanding "because I've lifted for years, if I have a little LVH it's not problematic. And there's no real way to know if a couple of months of HGH will cause it to increase, you just have to do it and check?"

TRT & HGH - Left Ventricular Hypertrophy Risks

Yes, been lifting for many years, not so much of a runner. I presume there's a threshold over which LVH becomes potentially problematic?

TRT & HGH - Left Ventricular Hypertrophy Risks

Ah ok, that's my mistake then. I will get an echocardiogram as a baseline. Thanks

TRT & HGH - Left Ventricular Hypertrophy Risks

I had a full health check a couple of years ago which included an ECG, and the consultant just said "totally normal". Can't find a copy of it to hand unfortunately. Only planning on running the HGH for a couple of months, just wondered if the risk is quantifiable in any way.

TRT & HGH - Left Ventricular Hypertrophy Risks

I'm the wrong side of 40 now, and picked up some non-trivial injuries which are taking months to fully heal. I've got hold of some HGH, which I was planning to use for a couple of months at 3IU/day for a couple of months to speed the injury healing. I've been on TRT for around a decade now...

    Enclomiphene - eye floaters?

Right, I had no idea it was possible to boost one's feeling of wellbeing with enclo + GnRH beyond what I just considered "normal" on standard TRT. Very interesting, I'll read the links, thanks.

    Enclomiphene - eye floaters?

When you refer to the subjective results, you mean how you feel on a daily basis? Can you notice a difference from the enclo on top of the TRT which (presumably) makes you feel good already?

    Enclomiphene - eye floaters?

Thanks, the article was interesting, and is food for thought. My floaters have settled back down to their usual (awful) state today, so as I suspected, I was just having a bad spell with them, and then got it into my head it might be because of the enclo. I came off shots on to enclo for...

    Enclomiphene disappointment.

Long term, it's TRT via tablets now for me. My natural T level was around 220 before I first started TRT about 8 years ago, so there's not much for me to go back to.

    Enclomiphene - eye floaters?

Check out Dr. Jerry Sebag - he has pioneered a partial vitrectomy for floaters which avoids cataract formation

    Enclomiphene - eye floaters?

Thanks for sharing - but do we know definitely if this applies to enclo as well?
