Anyone else face the issue of having the test flow back out after pulling out the needle?
Is that due to the quantity (1CC too much?) or the size of my delt muscle?
My TRT doctor got me injecting my delts (only) using 23 gauge needles but scare tissues started developing after a year.
If was only after I did my own research that I switched to 27 gauge and rotate between my glutes and quads. Lately, I explored pinning my pecs and it works fine too...
With such a comprehensive list of supplements, how about sharing your dosage schedules too? I am sure certain supplements complement / complete with each other for absorption etc.

I have been using minoxidil (7% concentration formula) for over 3 years now and am not sure if it helps with hair loss honestly.
My hair continues its gradual thinning process so its either minoxidil slowing down the thinning or it doesn't work as the thinning continues.
Hoping its the former...

I have been facing the same sleep problems for the past 5 years and had been through all sorts of sleep studies and rotate my sleep medications, benzos etc.
I also have a massage chair at home and it relaxes me but does not solve my sleep issue.

I do not touch alcohol and my B12 and folate levels were normal when I checked them a few years back.
