I wouldn't 3 hours before bedtime injection.... I'm on a similar GHRH & peptide therapy. My fitness goals and alcohol are not really compatible ... but I do have a glass of red wine from time-to-time. I just make sure it is a few hours before I plan to go to bed. Hard alcohol like vodka...

UPDATE! Nearly 6 months in to it with fairly strict compliance of the twice daily regiment (wake up and right before bed). Probably compliant in the 90% range. I just skip injections if I've eaten too close to bedtime. Skin is nice... not the 20 year old skin I was hoping for (kidding!) but...
