    Enclomiphene restart - how long?

It's great to do a restart as it accelerates the rebooting process. But I didn't get long-term benefit by staying on it monotherapy.

    Erection Problems

Have you considered dropping your T dosage a bit? Your labs indicate you may be a bit too high across a number of dimensions, including E2. In my experience, improperly balanced E2 can negatively impact NO levels, which can certainly cause the issues you are experiencing. The subjective...

    Enclomiphene restart - how long?

It trashed my libido. Hypothesis is the estrogen blockage happening in my brain. Cycled off of it and a week later libido came roaring back with increased desire to watch porn, etc.

    Enclomiphene restart - how long?

Glad it helps! Most recent labs as of 6/4: T, Total: 738 (264-916) T, Free: 18.4 (8.7-25.1) LH: 11.2 (1.7-8.6) Estradiol, Sens: 48.6 (8.0-35.0) SHBG: 28.2 (16.5-55.9) I am feeling decently well - morning erections have been more prevalent (they were non existent on TRT+HCG), and no adverse E2...

    Enclomiphene restart - how long?

Wanted to update this thread with my latest progress. As of 5/7, labs on 25mg enclomiphene ED: Total T: 700 (264-916) Free T: 10.5 (8.7-25.1) E2, Sens: Pending SHBG: Pending Pending final results, my sense is my SHBG is high. What’s weird is while on TRT, my SHBG was low, ~10ish. Why is my...

    Enclomiphene restart - how long?

Yes, 25mg daily but hopefully I can start to dial back over time.

    Maximus: Oral TRT+ (native T + enclomiphene + pregnenolone)

For what it's worth, I ran a trial of clomid several years ago before going onto TRT and experienced mild eye floaters. Since January of this year, I've been on a restart protocol - enclomiphene 25mg only, and have had no eye floaters.

    Enclomiphene restart - how long?

Starting to come back! T - 415 (264-916) FT - 8.5 (8.7-25.1) LH - 7.3 (1.7-8.6) E2, Sens - Pending Glad to see the LH accelerate and hoping the T will continue to do the same. Libido has slowly began coming back in waves. Responded well to Vardenafil a few nights ago which was a great sign...

    Enclomiphene restart - how long?

Update here. Seems my body is finally starting to reset natural production: T - 242 (264-916) FT - 4.4 (8.7-25.1) LH - they forgot to test, going back Monday E2, Sens - 7.8 (8.0-35) This has been a difficult few months. Primary complaint has been near-constant swings in body temperature...

    Enclomiphene restart - how long?

Thanks for the response. I think we are largely saying the same thing. All of this aside, I do not have T2D and my blood sugars are very much under control. My diet is as good as it can get based on my lifestyle: I employ intermittent fasting (feeding hours 12pm-7pm), high healthy fat, high...

    Enclomiphene restart - how long?

This has been a brutal couple of months. In early February with doctor's support I doubled the dose of enclomiphene (12.5 mg to 25 mg) and tested last week. Results came back essentially the same, although I guess LH roughly doubled in that time period: T - 30 (264-916) FT - Too low to result...

    Enclomiphene restart - how long?

Thanks! Would HCG help (I know it's still HPTA suppressive)? Will be chatting with doc soon on this but appointment is a few weeks out.

    Enclomiphene restart - how long?

38M who has been on TRT + HCG for ~5 years or so. I wanted to see if I could restart production with the help of enclomiphene, as prior to TRT I had a great response to clomid but could not handle the estrogen related sides. I started 12.5mg ED about a month ago, and just got back labs from a...

low SHBG. Zero libido - help please

@The slice The single most contributing factor to my libido issues was ensuring my ADHD was properly treated, which I didn’t even know I had the condition until the pandemic hit and I was overwhelmed by work + family in same space. I had erection issues literally because I was multitasking...
