I haven't looked yet. I'm already tapped out on $$$ for this journey so unless it ends up being cheap I'll have to look at other options.

I was at 400 iu 3x a week. I backed it off to 275 3x a week and feel a lot better. I also had some gnarly back acne that I haven't dealt with since I was a teenager that seems to be a lot better with the lower dosage.

Yeah, I was getting really bitchy/sensitive and dialed my HCG WAY back and have felt pretty good ever since.

I take ZMA daily so I ruled Zinc out but appreciate the input. I'll look into Dr. Westin Childs.

Cool. Cytomel is what defy has recommended.

I'm not, which could explain my fatigue and general blah despite having decent numbers elsewhere.

That's what I'm seeing in my research. Forgive my ignorance Vince, how does one go about doing that? Are there viable diet and lifestyle changes or is this prescription drug only kind of thing?

Just got my labs back. I was feeling super bitchy so I bumped am AI up from .250 to .375 every other week. We'll see how that goes. I think my E2 was pretty high. Since bumping the AI I feel a lot more in control of emotions and less agro. In regards to my thyroid markers what's your take...

    Docu: Letters from Generation Rx

I do believe that proper diet, sleep, sunlight, and exercise can "cure" almost every ailment out there and have seen it at work in my life, my wife's and my friends. Other than potentially how it's processed, I don't see any magical blend in their stuff and holy cow, that's expensive. I'll...

    EW's TRT Journey

Any thought on bumping my dosage just a hair but keeping AI where it is now? Ideally Id like to see my free T on the upper end of things and I have some room on that front. That should also raise my E2 a bit and put it in line with my SHBG and where I was prior to TRT.

    EW's TRT Journey

I think you're spot on with that one. I was feeling super bloated and overly emotional and bitchy but felt like I had more energy. After over six weeks using an AI I feel fine emotionally, maybe even too little emotion, a little more tired and certainly purging water that enters my system...

    EW's TRT Journey

Ok, here's an update with my most recent bloodwork taken while fasting Monday morning before my injection. I'm not going to list all the CBC and metabolic panel, just stuff that stood out since everything was middle of the range with the few exceptions listed below. Since adding the AI the...
